My cars keep getting hit here in pullman. My car was hit four times since june and the last one finished it off (lukily the neighbors saw it and called the cops before he drove off). And now my truck got hit again. No not no nothing. Pisses me off that my stuff keeps getting abused but some dumbass and i have to pay for it.

And to think some people don't like it when I park my cobra sideways and watch it like a hawk. Too bad, stay clear of my baby and if I catch someone keying it they gonna be hurtin

We usually drive an old Saturn around for commuting and leaving in parking lots because of the idiot cagers here. It has been rear-ended twice (low speed) and we just pocketed the insurance cash because we figure it will happen again before we sell the car, and we will get to keep the first few dummies $$ and still fix it for sale.

A parked car on the street behind us was totalled a few months ago by a drunk.. it's all rental duplexes which are near some apartments, and we get lots of stupid crap happening here because of it. All the rest of the neighborhood is single family homes with little trouble from the residents, only problem we have is the "short-cutters" who sometimes drive 60 MPH in a 25 and some obviously are smashed to boot. Wish I could shoot them or have radio controlled pop up tire strips. Could have some fun while sipping some beer, myself, from the safety of my front lawn (Joke !)

A big part of the drunk driving problem is younger partying white punks, life long older drunks, and also some illegal aliens, who are increasingly becoming a serious problem in crime and drunk driving. No lisc, no insurance, drunk, not able to read english traffic signals/signs are a bad combination they bring with them. My mother in law was run into at a crosswalk a few years ago by an illegal, breaking her hip. She's near 90 now and can barely walk with a cane, from the damage.

Be careful out there, especially on two wheels! You never know when one of the above mentioned drunks are barreling up behind you or going to t-bone you. Often the ones who do damage are so tanked they have double vision and serious inability to even see you or react. Assume they are all out to kill you in some sort of video game where you can actually DIE and you'll be the safer for it

Oh yeah, i forgot, but on the 15th i skipped my first two classes that day. So start my walk up c st to see a black eclipse dragging itself along the back of my truck. Good god it was the 11 am, how can you not see a white truck? No real damage except for a few scuff marks on my bumper. Put a nice scrape/dent along the rear quarter panel of their car. Just a little too frequent to be chance. So one wants me to be a pedestrian...but who?

e30kawi: i think i actually remember the LAST time you mentioned this, personally if it was possible, i'd setup a cheap camera & motion detection software (you'd be surprised how cheap it is even with a webcam, software can be found for free)

Max_&_Blondie: is it me or is there an odd abundance of drivers w/out rear view mirrors in this area? - one of the early things i noticed when i moved here. It's strange.. I'd compare it to Montana but at least they are driving beat up pos's that probly just lost it in a rollover.
