I really liked his post race interview for 2 reasons. One was he said that he actually learned a couple of things from watching Rossi and the second was him actually complimenting another rider on his riding.

That's Quoted For Hilarity, as the more I think about it, the more it makes me laugh at how utterly ridiculous it is.

Stoner fanboi FireDave thinks Rossi's ride deserved sanctions. Six time AMA Superbike champion Mat Mladin thinks Rossi's ride was inspiring. Who do you think knows WTF they're talking about? (hint: initials are "MM")

I just watched the Brno WSBK race again last night. By FireDave's standards, the top 4 riders should all have been given multiple sanctions, in both races. In fact, they'd have gotten slapped with several sanction per race all season long. That's what happens when you have good parity in the series... tight, close racing from flag to flag.

Sorry Dave, but you are way, way wrong on this one. MotoGP is not a track day, nor a club race. It is professional racing at the highest level. Stuffing and trading paint come with the territory. If you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch. There will be no sanctions for Rossi, or even any talk of them, other than by disgruntled Stoner fanbois used to seeing their hero run away from the field for yet another boring as fuck race.

This is racing, not knitting.

Well it's been about a month or so now since the Laguna race... I've stayed tuned, but still haven't heard one teeny tiny little peep about any sanctions against Rossi yet... gee, I wonder why not?

Probably cuz nobody except butt hurt Stoner fan bois that have no clue what real racing is about think it was anything but good racing.

Every time I watch a WSBK race, I'm jumping out of my chair about a dozen or two times yelling "SANCTIONS! SANCTIONS!!!!!" for all the close passing and stuffing going on. But alas, no sanctions are ever doled out.
