Rizla Suzuki MotoGP presented at Circuit de Catalunya

Suzuki’s MotoGP team have made the most of the gathering of press and fans at the MotoGP Official Test, which is taking place until Sunday at the Circuit de Catalunya, to officially present their new look for the 2006 season. With new sponsor Rizla onboard, the long awaited new look for the GSV-R XRE4 was presented at 7pm in front of the assembled press.

The event was attended by Team Manager Paul Denning, alongside the Rizla Suzuki riders Chris Vermeulen and John Hopkins. Also present was Rizla director Dudley Brewer and Suzuki head Masahito Imada, accompanied by Suzuki España boss Haruo Ito.

A full analysis of the GSV’s configuration and specification was given at the presentation, with the instantly recognisable blue bike the focus of the proceedings ahead of tomorrow’s MotoGP Official Test.
