Don't disagree.

The kid has been impressive.

Really, the only thing in his way are Byrne and Haga.

Byrne is going to be great to watch. As much as I've enjoyed watching Haga over the years I've come to the conclusion that he cannot win a championship. I'm sure he'll win some races but he can't hold it together for an entire season. Especially now with the field being more talented than ever.

I like the fact that the AMA champ is battling the BSB champ. Should be fun!

You may be correct about Haga, but he is on The, The, The bike for WSBK, it's gonna be do or die for his carreer.

He is a warrior no doubt, and tough as nails on the track, elboz is gonna get elbowed a few times for sure!

I Ride: one handed, looking behind me.
While Spies will undoubtedly be the champion this year, Haga should make a good run at him. And if things aren't going his way, Ducati will get the rules changed to allow them to run 1,300cc after the halfway point of the season.

with few races left in 09 4 riders will be close to the title Shakey, Haga, with Spies and Sykes in striking distance. Slightly out will be Corser and Max N.

Fabrizio's no longer needed to crashout Biaggi without Bayliss, Biaggi duc-less, and potential weight sanctions from last year. He'll lose the xerox bike

...joking of course

Don't even get me started on the Rigged piece of crap that is MotoGP.
I agree with you mostly about Haga. He's my favorite guy to watch race and I would love nothing more for him to finally win the sbk title.

Haslam has talent, but Byrne whooped his ass in BSB.

He already had a shot at WSBK. He was OK, but never dominated anything.

Course he may be a little more seasoned now, but Byrne has his number.

Maybe a little off subject,

but who broadcasts or streams British Superbike?

WSBK and MotoGP can be watched online and on Speed, but what about BSB?

yeah, but Fab was improved and in the points. Rea showed well too (Spies smartly avoided him in race 2 porto LOL) Didn't know how limited Shakey's bike was, many stock parts and limited rev's to save engines since the Sterilgarda $ went to Yamaha/Spies (and may follow him to GP)

No Americans in WSBK (1k) will suck next year but the competition should be good. Max N. returning from nasty injuries, Rea, Fab, crutchlow, Haga, Haslam, Biaggi...

Got to hand it to yamaha...they got great riders and won multiple international championships this season. GP, WSBK, BSB, MX, SX, 600ss, endurance1k...Congrats to them and their riders (me thinks they knew how well the 09R1 would go in Portugal last year)

and yes Good call Jason...

Doesn't look like you tiold me anything I didn't know.

I'm reading my posts and am amazed at how good I actually am.

(OK Byrne was a disappointment, but he was on 3rd string equipment.)

Haga and Spies in the last race for the title...

What you failed at is recognizing his talent and awesomeness. Something you are doomed to repeat this coming season in MotoGP I'm afraid.

I am the spinal tap of Fanbois.
