| Hash Brown Boy Joined: Jul 2005 From: State of Confusion I Ride: 04 Aprilia RSVR Factory and 04 RC-51 | yeah, in an effort to "normalize" the teams, they will enforce restrictions to make the bike/rider combination the same. it's an interesting idea, but not sure how effective it really is. at least the guys running the series think it's the best way to keep the race(s) close...and perhaps by default, it's working. i would like to see a few rounds without any electronics. that would be sweet. your idea might be the one that's the closest to reality though. if i knew my bike was the fastest and all i had to do was stay within a bike length of a podium and i could pass the guy in front of me at will, why the hell not sandbag and place every time (and stay under the radar)? seems to be logical tactic. |

I know whatever he did ended up in the gravel because the replay on screen showed him picking his bike up in the gravel trap somewhere by the "attitudes". |
