I am about to pick up a new Daytona 675. I wanted to see what people thought about this shop, particularly with regards to scheduled maintenance and customer service. Good reviews, bad reviews, and meh reviews are all welcome. Thanks!

They have always done fine by be. Plus they only sell Triumphs. So they work on them all the time. I think that is a big plus
Its where I would go to by mine all other things being equal.

Good luck and welcome to the club

They seem like great folks, and reports of service have been positive from what I've seen.

That being said...they would not budge on retail + excessive fees earlier this year when I was in the market for an 800XC. No discounts on accessories, installation of them or initial service either.

Certainly their prerogative, but I bought elsewhere and saved quite a bit.

Thanks for the feedback.

At first I was worried because their Daytona's had white markings on the bolts, but I went to another dealership and theirs had it too; apparently that was just a marking for tightness.

Also, the pipe right under the seat was different color (yellowish versus silver) than their other Daytona's and also had a black mark on it (which they said could be oil), so I wasn't sure how well they took care of their inventory.

Good to know they are a good place. Thanks all!

I bought my STR3 there in May. Didn't get a break on the price but they gave me 10% off the farkle including Arrow full system and no charge on installation. I really like Lon the service manager, he clearly takes a lot of personal pride in his work.

Eta: the paint dots are inspection points (i think they check the torque?) and are water soluble.

Great tech
Lonnie is a great tech, great guy. I used to be a great fan of this shop, bought my Tiger there but customer service, even interest in customers, has slipped in the front end of the shop in the last year. The last two times in the shop I couldn't even get any help, not even a greet. I have started to take my Triumph business to I-90 in Issaquah.

I Ride: Triumph Speed triple
I purchased my speed triple from these guys. I got a good price (I checked around) and they took pretty good care of me when I ordered some of my accessories. I really like the service guys, they seem very knowledgeable and they're down to earth good dudes. The only small issue I had was they could not get some of the parts I wanted for some reason, I had to go elsewhere to get them...no biggy though.
