In & Out is actually pretty crappy. I ate there so many times when living in CA (and would go back, don't get me wrong). They're kind of like Dick's up here -- more of a cult following than anything else.

My biggest conquest there? A 6x6 Animal Style. Damn I was full after that one...

I enjoy a Red Robin burger too, but since they're a chain, they don't belong in a "Best Burger" thread!

Bob's has good burgers, but they're a small chain, and disqualified.
How about a small chain like Fat Burger?

I first tried that at Fat Burger and loved it. I'm sure they normally do a good job of it at Red Robin but they're 1 & 1 for good/bad with me. And I haven't ordered one since...

Red Robin in Kennewick is always good, never eaten one anywhere else. Usually If I go to a restaurant I don't get a burger so my experience is limited........JOhn

Boomers used to be an A&W years and years ago.. Bob's B&B is alright depends on which one you go to.. The one in Sumas is pretty good. I know one of the cooks at the one in Ferndale. The one in Skagit Valley I've only been to once. Wasn't impressed with that one.

For a ride destination, you really can't beat Fat Smittys over in Discovery Bay (on the way to Sequim). The logger burger is amazing.

Check out this link for more great burgers: http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/food/2...gertour13.html

Red Mill is decent. I like going to the one on Phinney just for the fact that anyone that walks in with a cell phone in evidence gets yelled at.

Now if we were talking nachos, I'd say Claim Jumpers rules the roost. Their burgers are...eh.

When I lived in Yakima I ate at Miner's almost every day. But another great place in Yakima is the Stop & Go on Fruitvale. Great food, quiet, and they also have a little park with picnic tables. Highly recommended.

In Kennewick: O'Henry's right down town.

What was that little place we went to... Came down from Windy Ridge and then went towards Cougar I think. Hmmmm...

This place:

Could have been one of those "After a good ride the food tastes great!" places but I recall it being exceptionally grubin'.

I know, I know, some say ick, but I eat all over this damn planet and I LOVE them.

Yeah, that's what it was, "Cougar Bar and Grill"! Thanks Noodle, you're the bestest!

Yeah, that was quite a while ago. Darin & Matt in the same pic -- seriously good times. That little GS was a skosh under powered and little soft in the chassis, but I had a really fun time.

You weren't on that ride?

Yeah, I've heard Red Mill is really good, Little Holland in Tacoma, right down the street from Tacoma Honda has the "Mighty Mike", 3 pattys, Canadian bacon, Swiss cheese loaded with the works including their Mikey sauce, some of the best I've had this side of Texas!!!

whatever man. Red Robin or the Ram or any other chain restaurant is going to charge you 9-10 bucks for a burger. The met is only $12. It might seem a little steep for a burger, but it really isn't much more than a lot of the other places listed.

Sorry, but the Wedgewood Ale House was a MAJOR disappointment. Red Mill is OK, and "A Burger Place" on University in the U District is OK if you can get financing.

The new Bob's Burgers & Brew in Marysville, next to Wal Mart, is excellent.
But while you're in the neighborhood, you must go to Country Burger, near Lake Goodwin, between Smokey Point and Kyak Point.
Ray's in Everett is also good.
When I'm in Seattle I like Kidd Valley.
When I'm in Mount Vernon it's CHUCK WAGON, BABY!!! Gimmie a Big Sue and stand back!

I like Red Mill, but I don't think I'd go out of the way for it. I want to try Fat Smitty's, and the Chuck Wagon in Mount Vernon.

(When you go into Red Mill the next time, just ask whoever's at the counter, "Do you have bacon today?". They'll sometimes haul out the huge pile to show you!)
