The sound of your hand slapping your forehead.
So I got a good deal on a color matched Ermax rear tire hugger. Well.. of COURSE I had to place it on there to see what it looked like. Looked awesome, but my attentions were needed elsewhere...fast forward a day later. Hop on the bike for a quick ride, check the chain, mirror, and give the bike a quick once over and take off. About 20minutes into the ride it dawns on me I never took the hugger off. I pull over to the side of the road and just close my eyes and cuss. Worked up the courage to look behind me and...somehow it was still there! A little rubber from tire rub and some scuff from riding on the chain but otherwise no damage! Apparently you don't need to bolt those things on, just place them in the correct spot and hope for the best

The plastic above your rear tire to act as the rear fender. Check my recent TAG picture for a pic
