Awesome stuff Brady. Now I want you to take some of mine when I meet you. You should still come to the coast sometime for some good shots there.

one image would be exposed for the highlights
one image would be exposed for the mids

etc etc etc. when you put them together they make an image that has a high dynamic range.
some cameras do this in the body some cameras bracket and will take a series of pics as you specify and some folks take several pics and merge then into one in a photo program and there are also cameras that will take a hdr pic as a function.
Thanks, I looked it up as suggested, and still didn't get it. Your explanation helped.

That is really cool - almost 3-D. Is that what it's original intent was you think?

Great pix, Brady.

I really like this HDR stuff. I maybe able to swing the license fee, maybe. Wish I could, just to get these prints without the watermarks. Oh well. So, despite the watermarks, what y'all think of this one?

Sorry about it being so similar to the standard pic I took for photo tag part II, but I liked it!

It is what I took. Just Photomatix puts a watermark on it till you pay the license fee. I just don't have $100 that I can spend on something that probably won't bring any return right now. Though I am really loving the whole thing and am liking some of the pics that I'm getting.

Makes me all happy again with my camera too.
