A ride down to the Brammo Electric Motorcycle factory in Ashland, hopefully a tour and possibly demo rides. I've contacted them and will see what dates they offer, or if they are even interested. There may not be anyone home this weekend, since the races, but I thought I'd give it a try. I rode a Zero last weekend in Salem, at the Good Vibrations Rally. I'm seriously thinking about it... Though the Zero doesn't make as grandiose claims like the Brammo. I want to see if they can back it up. 100 mile range and being able to top 100mph is rather impressive. |

They are still recovering from being at Laguna Seca where they got fourth place, and aren't quite ready for a tour right this second. However, the guy to talk to will be giving me a call back maybe next week and we can start tossing dates around. So, this is still in the works and I haven't forgotten to set it up or anything. We just need to wait till the folks get production caught up. Oh, they don't have any Empulse demo bikes, but they do have the Enertias available. Good enough for those who have not ridden one before, or for those who have ridden the competitor. Supposedly the Brammo is less dirtbike like. |

The Empulse is not in production yet, but the Enertia is doing fine. I really want to see the Empulse, but will happily settle for a ride on the Enertia. |
