Wish I'd known that, I would have done this instead of the master's degree that is practically worthless in this area.

Got the word today that all that is left is passing muster tomorrow with Johns wife (the other boss).

Now to find good work shoes for concrete floors and some work cloths then a lunch box and cakes and cookies and goodies for ME

Ok, the fear of jinxing this opportunity is now over.

It's ME! I'll be working full-time once again. Gee, I wonder if I even remember how? Anyway, a huge thanks to Charlie for the lead and for speaking up about me to the boss. What kinda cookies should I bring with my shiny new steel toed boots? I hope you aren't thinking homemade, cuz we're out hunting this weekend.

You don't need steel toe so regular good quality is fine.

Hmmm, well, I have some good shoes with safety toes anyway. Valerie said I did need them, but the big thing is to be able to stand on the concrete all day. I don't want to use my riding boots for that, they need some repair work done anyway.

No hint on the cookies? Ok then. I'll just have to guess.
