| Endorsed | Is there any other 50cc'ers? Im just wondering? I was part of the oregon scooter club. Key word "WAS". They emailed me every other day about paying dues. It pissed me off so much that I told them to just boot me from the club due to the fact that everything was happening in portland and the salem chapter was dead. I have been wanting to either get a ride together or do a parking lot rally ![]() |

| Endorsed | Oregon Scooter Club. Or as I like to think of them. Harassing asshats that don't do sh*t for people outside of portland and still want your f*ing money! I guess I am just a odd one, most people I know with scooters bought 150's. The majority bought china scooters to boot. I would have been happy to pay my dues to the OSC if I wouldnt have had to ride for 3 hours to portland, then do the rally, then ride another 3 hours back. |

I know two friends in the Oregon Scooter Club and they try really hard to organize rides in the Salem area. I had no idea they pay dues. They have been on some organized rides this past summer (McKenzie Pass, Mary's Peak, Mt. St. Helens, back roads to Albany, a 3 Ferrys ride) and recently I think a bunch rode to Gates on the back roads. PNWR riders in the Salem area are going on rides with each other all the time. I don't know that a 50cc scooter would do well on the highways where I go. I am willing to do some parking lot practice with you, if you are training to pass the DMV motorcycle rider's test. I helped Kathy of the OSC get her learning up to snuff. I rode with Kathy and Melody to Waldport way early in Sept. and the speeds we did were beyond what a 50 cc could do. |

| Newbie Joined: Oct 2009 From: Salem, OR I Ride: '02 Metropolitan | That was a fun ride skinny! Thanks for showing me some of the best <35mph roads around Salem. To all the other 50cc’ers around Salem (we know you’re out there, we’ve seen you), let us know if you would be interested in riding. And if someone could send me the official rules to drunken moped jousting, that would be great. It sounds like fun! |
