Pretty sure I passed Matt, Copper and a couple of others when you guys first pulled onto 214/Silver Falls Hwy, probably on your way home. I would have joined in but I got a late start and needed a lot more miles before I called it an evening.

Good to see you are doing well, Jim. Looking forward to seeing the FZ ripping it up in no time.

Dam! I was up there on Sat. & Sun. Later in the afternoon though.....Must have just missed you on Sunday. I was out adjusting my new LSL rearsets.

So I guess this is my official BIRTHDAY PARTY NOTICE....... Mosser called my girl Dany last nite and they nailed down a day. So my party will be this weekend Saturday the 14th. It all starts at 5:00 ... And it goes until the last person feels like leaving. Kids, wives, bring the whole family. It's going to be my 30th birthday, and because I'm the baby and I've been making "OLD" jokes for so long Dany and the rest of our friends are dying to rub it in that I am no longer "In my twenties" ... I plan on having a BBQ, and a bonfire in the backyard.. My driveway will remain cleared, and will be designated "BIKE PARKING ONLY" I would love to see everyone who rides show up on their bikes.. I look forward to seeing all the Salem Hooligans. So if there is any info you want or need either post up or call the number in my profile.. Hope to see everyone there !!!!!!!

Jim ..... One track said that he would bring chips and beer to my birthday party... So he posted a pic of what that would look like. Did you not notice the case of beer duct taped to that bike ??? With the chips taped to it ????

Power Pilot 2CTs. PM me if interested in where I found best deal. I was also looking at Power Pilots and Pilot Roads. Roads were recommended for VFRs but not for SVs. Supposed to be more of a Sport Touring tire I guess. They are a little cheaper but a little less sticky.

I've never had a birthday party and this was the one that I had always imagined when I thought of such things.. Between 20 and 30 of my closest friends showed up to help with the transition from my twenties into my thirties.

It all started after I got off work . I walked outside to find my buddy Steve waiting to give me a ride home. When I got in the car he told me "I'm supposed to take you to the gym for awhile" OK.... So by the time I got home there were decorations everywhere. My birthday theme was "pirates" . Before long I was feeling the two drinks I'd had and I was running around with an eye patch and a hook where my hand should be, while greeting my guests as they started to show up. We had a BBQ , and as it got a little chilly in the evening we lit a bonfire. I have never had all of my friends in one place like that and all I could think of was how Blessed I am to be surrounded with such an awesome bunch of people !!! Thank you all for being there !!!! Love, and Respects ... BIG J ....
