Finally, an Avatar
Ok, over the last 16 months I’ve taken plenty of flack for not having a proper avatar. The deed is at last done and here’s a photo of me with my first bike - very proud, as you can see.

That thing looks cherry too! My little sis cut all my tassles off the handlebars when I wasnt looking........My first High side was on a big wheel. Ass over tea kettle into the neighbors rose bushes. Nice work Mosser!

When I was that age there was no such thing as a Green Machine. It was go Big Wheel or stay on the porch.

Hey Iron, I cut the tassels off that Big Wheel myself - and haven't had any since!

I Ride: faster than I should, but slower than you.
One of the best presents I got was the Big Wheel with the e-brake that would make it spin out. We lived at the bottom of a hill and I'd back it into the driveway. One time I backed it into the mailbox and split my chin open. No more Big Wheel.
