this is beginning to smell of a good time. let's rally from the old circle K meeting spot because everyone knows it.............say ready to burn fuel at noon! Maybe a coast run, that worked out well for chuck and I last time, love to include mary's peak if we have time........

Time could be a factor.
Got pretty cold at the end last week.
Sun goes down too early!
Still had fun!

Around noon.
Maybe quarter after.

Just got back from a little rip on my FJR1300, Around my neighborhood, Jefferson, Scio, Stayton and back home, 70 miles or so.
First time I have rode my FJR in quite a while, now I remember why I like it so much.
Scuffed in the new front tire quite nicely.
Had to cut it short, Beavers & Ducks soon.
It will be fun tomorrow.

could be fun! worked 14 hours friday and 11 sat. dragging transmission will try to make it. could use psychological abuse from friends to make it, so call. too bad about oregon state beavers. would have been nice to have oregon in the rose bowl. now it looks like usc: god i hate california schools.

Sounds like fast company tomorrow.

Maybe I'll leave the red bike at home this time and bring something a little more capable, not that I am.

I went out in the garage this morning to give the big bike its preride check in anticipation of the ride later today. The rear tire pressure was zero! A nice lovely nail in the center of the tread. I hate when that happens.

I have everything I need to fix it this morning. But I haven't yet figured out if I have the motivation to get the bike up on the Handy lift and then drag out the tire machine. This isn't really what I wanted to do this morning.

Tire warmers going on in 30, and if it dries up a little more here by 11 I'll be on my way. See you guys at Circle K by noon.

NOPE!!! The 211 N-Tecs don't like any power until they warm up. As you'll see the right side has already been on the ground and that was just going to work the other morning. So a little heat can keep me a much happier guy this morning!!!

I had enough to make it into Salem, Commercial & Kubler.

100 miles and the low fuel light comes on.

Gave it a couple of revs when I went by Ironhead's house, I hope he heard it.

The day started out dismal but it turned out to be an awesome ride.
