| Training Wheels Joined: Jul 2009 From: Shoreline, WA I Ride: GSX-R 1000 | camping gear So I wanna go to SBNW, especially since I go to boot camp in the middle of august and I don't know how long it'll be until I can ride again. The problem is I don't have the trunk space on my bike to bring a tent and sleeping bags, and I don't have the cash to go out and buy bags to haul my gear. I also don't have the cash to rent gear once I get there. My question is this, is anyone trailering their bike to get there(my guess is probably not) or bringing their cage? I would be willing to flip a few dollars their way if they would be willing to haul my tent and sleeping bag. |

I also have a Goldwing that get little use, as I prefer to load up the bird and blow town for a weekend!!!! If we can get a few people together for some bike camping, would be awesome fun. Most of my riding friends wussy out, and solo I go. But it is a lot of fun when you get a group together. ![]()

You really do need more straps to hold your stuff. Last thing you want is to wrap a bungee around your wheel and cause a lock-up and fall. |
