Racing at The Ridge is Fucking Awsome. Period.

    - Saturday the only practice I ran was to see if I was successfull in my futile attempt with Fuzzy to straighten a warped rotor( I think I heat soked it breaking in new pads) It worked

    - Wait many hours until race time
    - Grid up for the first EVER race at the Ridge at about 5:30pm :tard: I was gridded in position 10(3rd row far left). At the start I got a huge jump and situated myself in unfamiliar territory, right in the middle of all the fast guys going into T1. Tipping in I have never ever been so scared in a race, I was already on the left, knowing that speed and apex was most likely going to push me out while all the outsiders were coming in on me. Everyone played nice and we all made it. Whew, now to get that seat out of my ass.
    - The rest of the race was more of the same, I went fast, and got passed by a few people.
    - about lap 6 I did a quick head check on the straight just to see if I was DFL and to my surprise one of my buddies(no names) on a Fuzzy built 750 was right on my left hip. I giggled and said holy shit how did I keep him back there this long, Oh well he'll pass me with his monsta powa. Yep right into T1, by 39, but he didn't leave me for dead. Ok I'm gonna hang on as long as I can. He had an ugly line going into T8 and forgot to twist the throttle coming out, so I got a good drive on him. I got a good drive, so I grabed a gear said "F" pinned it and passed him on the outside of T9 (I had too my wife was watching) Kept him behind me for about half a lap 'till he passed me in T1 again. Oh well I knew it was short lived.
    - Finished the race beat tired, but more importantly ahead of Mike Alton.

I made a personal time goal as well, I was so happy I partied like a rockstar from the minuteI got off the bike.

    - Sunday Got another good start, was a little tired(read above) lap 6 got passed by and then sorts taken out by some Canadian Chick, end of race :angry7:

    In conclusion

    I had a fucking blast
ALL of my rivals went faster than me, that's just not right. I hate you all. You know who you are.
As usual, I need moar fast.

    Where's the video Jared?

Thanks J, I just got done watching it on FB. It confirmed exactly what I thought my biggest problem was. Now lets see if I can change it.

That was awesome!:mfclap: Thanks for the footage. Loved it when you are breaking hard and the rear gets light with a little left and right wiggle before set up in the corner. Brilliant footage! I also wish I was a 1/10th as fast as you guys.
