  1. I am finally ready to let my baby go, the wife affectionately calls it the "other woman", a very clean 1982 CB900F Supersport. Bike was completely rebuilt from frame up 2 years ago after rebuilding the engine when the chain tensioner broke the the chain skipped 2 teeth, the valves were not bent. Engine is a stock 900 with new valves, valve seals, guides and chain tensioners. New EBC clutch was installed with 1100 springs when engine was reinstalled in freshly repainted frame. Everything except the tank and bodywork was sand blasted and repainted, the tank and bodywork was repainted by someone else before I bought the bike from a previous rebuild, I left it alone as it has grown on me. New bearings in steering head as well as swing arm bearing were installed. Dunlop GT501 tires have 1431 miles on them, the bike currently sits with 26,431 miles on the clock. Bike runs and rides very good, but here's the bad, The engine developed an oil leak between cylinder 1 and 2 oil return, and I'm not wanting to pull the engine again, I just want to move on to another project. $1800.00 dollars, there are boxes of stuff to go along with this bike as I have had for quite a while now and have acquired a lot of parts for it. Included are a set of 1988 Yamaha FZR1000 17" wheels and suspension/brakes to modernize the old girl, I just never got around to it.

Serious inquiries only and no joy rides, I can let it sit in my garage for some time to come, it's very nice to look it.

Reconstructed title State Parol inspected in 2000. Cosmetic damage, no structural damage.

$1800.00 cash obo, no trades. Local pickup only.
