By popular request, here it is: It's time once again for our standing Wednesday Westside rides. This ride has been quite a successful event for the last few years: the close-to-town location of some great twisties plus rotating ride leaders, and rain or shine show. Where: Sylvan exit Starbucks/Shell station (where Skyline meets Highway 26). When: Every Wednesday night during the season! Meeting at 6 pm (come earlier for coffee and chat), usually leaving within a few minutes. Route: Generally head up Skyline with different side routes (McNamee, Newberry, Logie Trail). Ride for 12 hours, depending on light. This is normally a fairly technical route well-known by many on the ride. The pace is adjusted depending on who shows up. So if you plan on coming, either post up in this thread, or come introduce yourself to the ride leader if you're new. I am posting it up for this Wednesday because, despite the not-so-shiny weather forecast, people are saying it's time already and some are even saying they will come even if it's sprinkling. Let's see!
