    Nice Vid, I lived in Japan for a few years and it's close to that in Tokyo with cars rather than bikes/scooters. People usually stop for the crosswalks though. ;)

    Manila was much the same. When the light turns red, the scooters and small motorcycles pour onto the sidewalks, green areas, and funnel between cars, to get to the front of the line. There is a lot of honking, but it's not out of anger or frustration, but only to signal to the cars that someone is next to them, a "please don't hit me" heads up. Through all of this chaos, everyone is as cool as a cucumber. Pretty fucking awesome.
