I can't tell if this is cool or not..

  1. This is kinda cool, in a "fugly but still a Ducati" kinda way. Thoughts?

  2. Simple, if you didn't see the T595 you were mesmerised by the fugliness. If you did see it you already know the duc is fugly and are just posting because you are bored :nana

  3. Looks very similar to the Bimoto DB1SR. Same design heritage !!!

'Fugly' is in the eye of the beer-holder !!! :nana Ya, I'd rock it.

  4. Looks like Ducati's take on the Honda Hurricane.

I like it's looks, but not the 16" wheels or Weber automotive carburator.

  6. If you can answer the next question YES, then it is cool.

    Is it a motorcycle?

It is with a cool owner....,otherwise...,its a Ducati thing and I dont understand.

  8. Classic bike of an era that fought with itself on what was cool, would be a great sunday ride bike.....

  9. That is very much ugly. I would never ride that thing. Motorcycling is all about looking coos and that doesn't have the "look":thefinge:

I wonder if there's any collector value to it...

  11. Kinda looks like most of the "front line" bikes of the day, the Ducati just took it one step further.

I'm sure there is SOME collector value, it is after all a Ducati. I'm sure there were some folks that always wanted one but couldn't afford it back then.

  12. I had a roommate in the middle 90's that had one. He loved it. It wasn't my favorite.

I remember when the Paso came out back in the day. They never really sold, and were never raced, had a rep for being over priced and of poor quality. And 25 yrs later, most that know will agree they were and still are shit bikes.

With that said, I think it would be pretty damn cool to show up on a group ride on one of these unique, early Ducatis. They show up on ebay from time to time. A pristine model typically sells for 4-5000. Shit, I might pick one of these up soon:mfclap:

You see a thousand new to semi-new Gixeers, R1s, CBRs, and ninjas...

Agree on the FUGLY part -
    But....
    It IS a DUCK!!
2 cyls and LOTS-O torque - Probably a pretty fun ride in its day.
Then again - I am biased.
I love my naked Monster - covering up the frame and engine is a shame!

The Pasos are ugly. But collectors see beauty in all sorts of things.
