    Yeah, looks like the rider got on it too hard, spun the rear and then the bike high sided and bucked them off. They hopped right back up though so I hope they are OK!

  10. Its hard to see how you are actually riding (body position) etc, but your lines are pretty good. Be careful between 3 & 4 getting too close to the edge of the track on your left as faster guys may try to pass you there and you close the gap pretty quickly. Going faster on a track is all about making lots of laps and building your confidence gradually. Use referance points for braking and turn in and try to run consistent repeatable laps. Your speed will come with time. Most track day instructors really enjoy coaching people so don't be shy about tapping one on the shoulder and asking for some help.
