So I am curious about this, I just moved here from out of state and i am required by previous state to have an interlock device in my car. The officers I "came across" where I'm from were very cool about not giving me grief for riding my bike without an interlock, abviously because nobody will install one on a bike. How is that treated here in wa? what could potentially happen if i get pulled over on my bike and show a license that says "ignition interlock" on the front of it?

    Yep.

Not sure of the places in Seattle, but I believe the name of the installers in Spokane are "Affordable Ignition Interlock" on Monroe.

well, unfortunately after a lot of research. there is no company in the state of WA that will install an interlock on a street bike. they all say the same thing. there's no room. probly not a good idea to put one on a bike anyway, i see it being an extreme hazard. thanks for the tips.

ninjadude - I think it's GREAT that you don't know what an interlock is!

Driver has to blow in one to start the car, after proving to the car that he's not intoxicated.
