Get up to Longview and then take the back roads west of the slab up to Elma. From there, head up 3 to Gorst and pick your ferry (Southworth, Bremerton, Kingston) depending on where you are heading in Seattle.

BTW: Wanna ride to Seattle or hafta? :scratchea

You can always follow the STP route, it's a nice backroads ride. And SoundRider did a backroads ride with maps from Olympia to Vancouver, all back roads, most of it not the STP route.

Don't have any ideas about a possible route, but if you tell me when you're doing the ride, I'll trek down there and ride back up with ya. (as long as it's after the 16th.)

If you can work Carson to Randle into your trip, your smile will hold you over through the rest of it.
