The kid next door didn't do any tinkering at all on his 2005 Virago 250, and he paid for it. The chain grew too big and came off slammed against the fragile engine case. When this happened it broke the metal around a bolt that keeps the clutch lever thats connected to the clutch cable that operates the push rod. This little bolt is in a place where a welder will have a tough time repairing. So if this boy can't weld it back, do you thing that JB weld will do the trick. There wont be any real tourqe, all this bolt seems to do is work as a keeper, to keep the shaft from raising out of the hole. He doesn't get any help from his Dad, and he's fixin to head back to Portland for school. Thanks for the help.
