Of the hundreds of people I've ridden with, i've seen less than 10 people get off their bike to fill it up. Out of those less than 10, more than half only got off to pay with cash.

If I know I have to fill up, my debit card will be in my left pocket, i'll pull up to the pump so that it's on my left, i only have to take my left glove off and the key out to open my tank. I do the full transaction from the bike and i'm filled up and on my merry way in less than a few minutes.
