Removing my ignition and i need a special tool

I lost the only key from my bike and now i need some help because the tool is really weird. It looks something like this only bigger


If anyone know what i am talking about i also need help breaking the lock from fuel tank gas cap.

 

Now for the second part, i really don't want to waste 30 bucks for a locksmith to just open a lock, Someone suggested i put a screw driver to it.

 

Connector for the ignition?
