Seattle, Bellevue house share - Looking to rent

Discussion in 'Westside' started by pv2, Jun 10, 2012.

  1. Hi this is PV2 from PDX chapter.

Starting June 18th it is confirmed I will be starting work.

My work is Mobile Radio Communications System Design, Optimization, Performance Engineering.
I will be part of the Engineering Team bringing advanced 4G+ radio system to Seattle for T-Mobile.

Looking once again for renting house, apartment share arrangement. Will need garage for bicycle and motorbike, parking space for truck or sportscar.. Preferred area is Bellevue, Redmond going north; however, I sure have some flexibility on this.

I maintain house in PDX and will be commuting on most weekends to PDX. My profile is very low, minimal things with , foid, a couple of suitcases. I have no pets.

I am very chill, relaxed; I don't smoke, drink, do controlled substances except for my RC51 as it smokes lightly, drinks fuel, and I may ride it a bit above the speed level albeit due to sneezing or coughing LOL. What you do is up to you; however, i'd not room with anyone who does drugs.

Although I am well known in PDX, Likely the only person on Seattle forum who knows me is Shreck. Roomed with a PNW member last year who is now in SJO area. We all got along very well. PM me please if you have any interest.

Looking forward to being part of the Seattle area PNW scene, Rides, Meets etc.

    Thanks! pv2

If I put you up in my house do I get a discount on T-Mobile and will you make sure I get coverage in my house? I get no bars of TMO in my house. Blows. Otherwise, welcome to the Seattle area. Have fun and fix it.

Oh you wouldn't like where I live. But get working on that expansion!

  5. Hi Michael, my Uncle and family lived there a number of years ago. As for coverage get m an intersection. I can't promice a fix, but I'll take an area exam to see what can be done. It is oft times issues outside our control like heights of base station antennas, zoning restrictions, etc.

    BR,

  6. Good luck.

I'm looking for a place, too.

  7. I'll likely be moving back to work in my Home Market Portland. That is quite good! Hotels here are nuts expensive, if you pay 80dollars a night, usually there are a lot of low end people too near my RC.

NP, on the lack of offers. Hope to be back to do some riding.
Good thing I brought the AlpineStars DryStar Scout riding suit as I5 commutes on the RC51 have been really wet activities. I have started wearing a heated vest to make the trips a bit warmer. BTW MotoBoss waterproof gloves are a joke. They soak in and don't expel the water. Water proof from the inside out!

    BR,

    Paul
