Skills day 8/19

Discussion in 'Westside' started by CodeBlue, Aug 5, 2012.

  1. Eireannach Rothai is having a skills day at the Everett Aquasox stadium parking lot on Sunday, August 19 at 9am.

There will be a cone course set up and lots of ridiculously experienced riders hanging around to teach you new skills, or just brush up on old ones.

100% FREE. Just show up and we'll take as much time as you like to help you improve.

Let me know when you're headed out and we can represent the British and Italian contingent.

I normally grab the 06:50 boat out of Southworth. Want to meet in Gorst for breakfast and then ride around, head for Kingston (07:05) and find food on the other side, or......?

  6. I'm most likely in for this. See you there.

Gee, I dunno. I think the wife has us scheduled for sailing time somewhere about that part of the month, but if not...

Then yeah. I'd love to try and squirt past that grumpy old hippy.

  10. Are the cones set up for a long, raked cruiser???? :scratchea

If I show, you can chase me around. New tires, better suspension, freshly tuned engine. Go KTM.

  14. Hope to make this one!

  15. The cones are set up more for sport and standard bikes, but we've generally got a harley or two potato-ing around. I'm not sure how well a raked cruiser would work, but it's always worth a shot.

No guts, no glory. Hope to see you there, cause you'll never know until you try.

  17. If shelbyguy is in, I'm in.

  18. I'll do my best to be there. Just have to figure out if I'm gonna work at 4am, then come straight there after. I'll have to see if my wife wants to come and hang out again.

  19. Less than a week away. Anyone else interested in having fun in a legal setting?

  20. Got the green light from the lady so I'm in! Ugh, I can't believe I need a green light, we're not even married!
