Tested out my Bell Star

  1. So I got a chance to slide my helmet down the track today at the Ridge with Sullivan race school. I found that I am a pretty good ragdoll and lucky didn't get hurt even though I tumbled a bit on my slide... :nana

Anyways aside decimating my ebay fairings on my bike I had an amazing time. It was my favorite track day and race organization so far (only been to 3).

I will plan on posting pictures that were taken by my dad who was hanging out around the ridge end of the track as soon as they are uploaded into photobucket.

Glad your ok, I was planing on attending to watch. Old timers caused me to finish the fencing, rather than seek enjoyment. Bell Star Carbon? Yikes that's not good...AJ

  6. If you hadn't been pushing him so hard he probably wouldn't have crashed! :scratchea

  7. Yes...........glad to hear you're OK.............how did you like the helmet otherwise?

  10. That side panel will clean right up but make sure you aren't tempted to re-use the lid; get a new one...

I heard someone went down but I didn't get a chance to see if the rider was okay. I'm glad to hear you walked away from this.

Glad you're OK, let me guess, T3?

  14. Yep. I read "got his bell rung" and that is definitely a replacement qualification. Crashing is expensive.

  15. Yes it is. The lid is one of the cheapest but still not cheap.
