  7. With my experiences dealing with this via.some dumb friends of mine, most likely you will not lose your licence. I'd be surprised if u did. One major guarantee if u have insurance its probably going to shoot up quite a bit. But unfortunately there are too many factors in our lovely court system. i e; the judges biasness for one. The cops report. But good luck hopefully u hear some good news from ask an officer. Keep in mind too at court the last thing a judge wants to hear is bs

Lawyer the fuck up. I hope you have a ton of money saved aside for shit like this to happen. And make sure you get a reputable lawyer .. I'm gonna say that your license is going to get revoked most likely, but only for a short amount of time (it's there way of making more money off you)

You've already admitted guilt on these forums. I'd go with what MrMat25 said and delete the shit out of these threads.

Won't matter, it's already been cached into the forum's server. If the courts want to nail his ass that bad, they'll subpoena beans.

but wait, beans would have to respond, which never happens, so dude's good to go.

    get a lawyer

  12. Having been through this before many years ago I say if you lose your license it will be for 90 days, but with a clean driving record and a good lawyer you should be able to get it dropped to a negligent with no loss of driving privileges, but I dont know all the details, be prepared for insurance rates to increase....

  13. license.
and what were you cited with?

  14. That sucks man. Shit happens though. Having been there and done that...

Get a lawyer and settle before trial. Go for a reckless diversion with your clean record.

  19. If you get a lawyer, my guess is, worst case you end up with a plea deal for a negligent driving in the 1st (infraction / fine) no loss in license and 2 points on your record. Best case scenerio its dismissed entirely. Worst thing you can do is try to fight this yourself. Good luck.

  20. This guy has many references and I've heard nothing but good about him. I talked with him for 45 minutes on the phone. Would have used him, but he wasn't local to my area.
