The how to for Christmas; Print pic, and leave lying around in the places your wife/GF/parents can find. What I want, unless I somehow win the lotto. (in spite of the fact I don't purchase tickets) Likely won't ever happen. PS unless I steal one, and that won't happen, either lol...AJ

That's what I want. I could use a new helmet also, but I'll save some money and buy an Arai without the Ducati livery.

  6. Make sure you leave a website or store where to get it on the picture.

That is certainly reasonable, especially the rear sets...AJ

You could probably save a few bucks by just buying an Arai XD4 DS helmet and removing the visor!?

Remove Visor, apply stickers, profit. Save $300 without the paint job.

    BNG...

Yeah I really like those Metal Tech rear sets. Most other ones I look at make me want to just buy the cheap no name ones off Ebay because there really aren't very many differences. But these "look cool" which is half the battle.

I hear you on the cool, not that I (cough) would ever worry about cool looking, lol. Besides cool, since there's very little adjustment on mine, that's the next up grade...AJ

  12. Good choice and nice design but the two might not be the best combo. Just so happens I have almost the same bikes as you, 09 1200GS and a Monster (had a 1100 but sold and bought a S4 Foggy). Have the Arai XD but use it mostly on the GS as the wind noise and visor cause problems at high speeds. Really use it for the visor when sun is out. Very nice helmet ......

  13. I already have an Arai XD3. The Ducati helmet would be my "Starbucks" helmet. :stir:

My YELLOW Shoei seems to WORK at my local 'Bucks Store...
I have planted a couple of Ducati stickers on it though!!
I have NOT been turned down on a coffee YET...

  15. Looks like my Shoei when it started disassembling itself at speed last year.

  16. All I want for Christmas is to finish sheetrocking the shop I started building last winter....it's been kicking my sorry, weak ass. That doesn't even include the taping & mudding. Why the hell did I build the damn thing with 10' instead of 8' walls? Better yet, why the hell did I build it without being able to afford contracting out such torture??!! Damn, I'm dumb sometimes!

I need to go back in time a couple of decades.....at the rate I'm going, it'll be finished just in time for summer, and I won't have had any progress on my project bikes.

Well, at least it's getting done. I've been wanting to build this for at least 15 years.

Damn Girl, your other half isn't helping? Have helped hang rock a few times and it sucks. The only thing I dislike more is insulating/itching for days. Maybe you should arrange a "Working Party" and Get-er Done...AJ
