    Of course, REAL BBQ means Pulled Pork smoked long and slow, or Ribs (beef or pork) and Brisket with a good spice rub, also smoked long and slow.

    Burgers, dogs, and such are nothing more than "grilling"... :mrgreen:

    When I hear BBQ I think cold beer. Cold beer isn't a beverage...it one of the four basic food groups.

    To go with the BBQ and beer...two words.
