  1. asking what main item (non beverage) is a must have?
Yes, a poll but feel free to add to it.

(And I'd say either brats or dogs are a must-have.)

  6. When I hear bbq I think of chicken wings.

    And DJ's.

    Not necessarily in that order.

  7. Of course, REAL BBQ means Pulled Pork smoked long and slow, or Ribs (beef or pork) and Brisket with a good spice rub, also smoked long and slow.

Burgers, dogs, and such are nothing more than "grilling"...

  8. Chicken! My dads new Traeger grill/smoker is to die for!

But after I think of ribs, pulled pork, etc. I think burgers-n-dogs.

When I hear BBQ I think cold beer. Cold beer isn't a beverage...it one of the four basic food groups.

To go with the BBQ and beer...two words.

    1)carne
    2)asada
