    Seeing that there does not seem to be any foot controls, and he has shoulder straps, I will take a guess that he (Or she) is a paraplegic and this is the only way they can stay in the wind.

    It's just a guess tho....

    ......because it was an early experimental anti-gravel machine. It has since been discovered that staying away from Suzuki is the most effective way to reduce the side effects of squidliness.

    Front suspension looks like it is BMW derived ? Is there a way to enlarge that picture to the details can be seen? Not my idea of riding but it must work for whoever built it.

    Can't argue, he's riding his own ride.. I'd feel like and idiot if I had to drive it, but you have to respect the fact they got it done and on the road.
