My assumption is that the pressure i was putting on my knee unloaded the suspension on my bike too much for the angle i was at. This reduced traction on my front tire and the front end tucked and that was that. So if your gonna drag knee, make sure you can tuck it in as well and let the bike do the work! Fortunately my friends got thecrash on tape, so hopefully ill be able to provide more detail after i see it. I'll post it up when i get a chance. Thanks for all the well wishes, can't wait to get back out there with you guys!

Kasey
Kasey, I was right behind you when you crashed. You just carried too much speed into 3, pushed wide and ran out of track. You were literally at full lean when you hit the grass and that was all she wrote. I'm not sure if you tapped your brakes before you hit the grass loosing the front but you definetly ran out of road. Hope you heal up fast. I was on the White/Red GSXR with the #3 plate.

was doing anything to keep distance between you and I.

Ate only 1 hotdog to keep myself lightened and more aerodynamic.

In addition, had the bungee cord out incase you got past me... again!

Always good to hear the Good Bad and Ugly Thanks Man!

pv2 hunting: Looking to pass the group safely, tutoring is top notch as you can see, they are observing me and insuring that all is Kool.

I expected to see one great shot of each of us?? Not enough lens for the angles of his shots. needs better gear, my camera could have done as well!

Glad we had someone to take snaps.

I'd guess he needs our feedback to be successful.

Sure we have our A group photographers ;->
He makes us look like Motorcycle Race Heroes!!
Nutin Wrong Wit Dat!!!

He did take a lot of shots of the back straightaway, like I have 3 or 4 of them out of 8ish shots.

Not enough shots of corners to see lean angles/ the money shot

I am not downing this fellow, indeed I purchased some of the photos; however, he does need some guidence - constructive feedback.

He took a nice photo of me passing a group on the outside, thanks! The least he could have done is told me to tuck down more LOL!!!

If he is low on resource, I'd also suggest he take more photos of us after we have had a couple of sessions. Better lean, higer speeds, cooler photos.

1st Session as well since that is when most of the crashes may happen (COLD TIRES on average etc).
People hate crashes; however, they like to see the photos.

Whatz your thoughts?

He's a younger kid, just got that camera. Not bad for his first time, I think it's a lot harder than it looks.

REasonable
He may just need some guidence and he'd be cool.
I don't want to take business away from our main Camera Dude, he is awesome; however, he may be out/ at another event, and also he can't get allll the angles.

Geeez guys..... this is embarrassing. All of us as photographers have our own style and technique so lighten up on this guy! One thing is I shoot because I love photography and with great passion for motorcycles. I am not here to compete with others.

Zach, thanks for coming in and taking your time to shoot for these guys.
Looking forward to meet you at the track one of these days.

Did you take the Performance Riding School? If you did, and one of our instructors did not work with you on track, we owe you.

If you took the trackday only, then our instructors are not supposed to be spending time with you, they are for the students that paid the extra price for the riding school.

Let me know what's up.

I enjoyed riding your RC for the 2 minutes I got on it.

I carry that 1 gallon can for that exact reason. Too many people have ran out of gas and it is a pain in the ass to be carrying around a 5 gallon can when they only need enough to get back to the pit area.

You were looking great out there. I look forward to seeing you again next time.
