Are the sides of my 016's softer than the sides of the Qualifiers? I refuse to believe that I am pushing my bike that much more in the last 2000 miles.. I've got a tough time believing that my band aid suspension changes are to blame, cause the bike feels good.. Maybe I'm carrying a bit more corner speed because of it, but the big contributor (in my little mind) has to be the softness of the sides on these tires..

I do believe the side compound is softer than the Qualifier.

Thanks for the link. Good info. I do wish there was a place where the average rider could go to get specific information on multiple tire brands..

Your comment pretty much confirms for me the root of my issue. The sides are soft as hell!

oh....and I need to slow down.
