my understanding was that his bell was rung pretty well. At least a concussion at minimum. He was speaking when they left (just uh, repeating everything....a lot). I will post up if I hear a follow up.

And holy sheeeet. 177 is crazzzzzzy fast.

B,
There were two photographers there on Monday. The Spokane Track Photographer was Rod Jeffers, his contact info is www.rb-images.net. The second photographer was Les England and you can reach him at www.englandimages.net! Hope it helps!

I was there helping the ambuance crew out (I was working Corner 7). He didn't remember the actual accident, but was alert to the important info, name address, birthdate, etc..... Good signs!! Got a good bellringing though. Possible broken collarbone. Can't really say who it was.

Kevin

ah-ha! so that's who you are...met peeps, but didn't catch screen names (if they had em). yeah, i just talked to Jim about it. I caught the info via the radio and then confirmed the rest with him. The kiddo was from deer park. i know his name, but I'm not sure what you're allowed to talk about or not- 'specially until ya find out if that person is alive and well.( plus its just courtesy to the rider IMO)...

Inland Speed Photos
On the ambulanced-rider: I heard he has a broken collar-bone and minor concussion but was OK before leaving the track Monday. The Inland Speed folks were kind enough to pack his stuff for him for his return...

On the photographer, here is an exerpt from InlandSpeed email that just came out yesterday:

Thanks once again to everyone for choosing Inland Speed (www.inlandspeed.com). Our August 17th event was a blast. Thank you for making it such a fun day!

Thanks also to Rod Jeffers of RB Images for coming out. Rod should have your track day pictures ready in about 10 days time. You can check out his website at www.rb-images.net/. In addition to Rod Jeffers, Les England was out shooting photos in the afternoon, check out his site at www.englandimages.net/ .
