DEAR ALL,

We regretfully announce that due to weather we have opted to cancel the Saturday November 7th event.

Even though the response has been tremendous,, completely sold out.. we think this is the best choice. The present weather pattern implies that we will have a cold wet day. Cold might be manageable but wet is not a compromise that is worth hosting the event for.

ALL monies will be returned PEROID, no credits for next year. We have held your checks and they will be returned unless you feel the schredder is a viable option. Ere regardless we have an exciting year planned for 2010 and look forward to you guys being a part of it. Thank you.

We will contact all of you directly by Tuesday the 3rd or you can contact me prior if you have any questions or concerns.

Well, we're riding the cougar/carson loop tomorrow if you can get away. (I'm gonna try to get off from work... not sure if I'll be able to, though). Should be perfect weather, anyways.
