Cool beans


I couldn't see if you were doing this in the video or not, but I saw some advice in an MX column about not needing to clutch on the downshifting as the transmission isn't under much load... which I thought was odd and I was puzzled coming from street bikes where clutching and blipping is essential.

Anyways, I tried it out riding the MX track and have been using it a ton ever since. It downshifts pretty buttery without the clutch coming into berms and what not.

Not sure if that has any practical application in sumo, but I figured I'd share what I read
