2013 Track Days - The Ridge
I was just looking at the events calendar on the website for The Ridge Motorsports Park and they were already showing scheduled events for 2013. If these listings are accurate, it looks like there may be quite a few motorcycle track days scheduled, with even more 2-day events as compared to 2012. I'm already getting excited and it's not even the start of winter yet, need to start saving up money for next year!

on the two day events. Did a couple this year and it was awesome.

Talked to Rod on my last day there and he was saying that the motorcycle events were a lot bigger contribution to the track and the bottom line than they had ever anticipated and really helped make the year. He seemed honestly grateful that the bike community has been so supportive.

Fingers crossed that the financials end up making sense for the planned improvements.

What a dick thing to say. Why so much negativity with such a positive light?
You get out of the beginner groups yet?

I personaly hope they all flourish. As someone who goes to the track to ride, its nice to have so many options.

yea. odd statement. I feel pretty good about the current set of track orgs we got. As long as they dont over stretch themselves like they all did a few years back.

That's exactly what I meant. We lost one org this year.
With so many, and so many dates, it will be tough to sell enough spots per event, you know?

Wasn't being negative, but the past has showed that too many providers, with too many dates, doesn't equal sustainability.

I too hope they all flourish, they are all great organizations.
