Us sumo riders do it at PGP all the time. The cars and carts actually help dry the track much faster than bikes on marginal weather days so their a benefit not a hindrance. Guessing there is only one class for the bikes so you will actually get more track time than a normal track day as well.

I'd even be willing to do some corner work if it will help make this successful.

I signed up at the Ridge website and the next email I got said the 23rd was full! I also emailed 2fast and never heard back.

Uhhh, I could be wrong but I don't think 2-Fast has anything to do with these winter events.
