Then you can go to MOM and race in their expert races as they accept the WMRRA license (might have to end up buying their license to continue running with them though) |

| WMRRA Qualifier Joined: Oct 2006 From: Seattle I Ride: Race SV650 S | ![]() So, I came up with an idea... I'm gonna register last... as last as possible. That way I have less to deal with, and I'd be chasing the pack, instead of getting passed. I'm not silly enough to think I'm gonna come in top 10 with my SV for novice, so I might as well work on my times in the rear, and avoid getting a bike up my @$$. Also, it's about learning and not crashing, right? Expert is where you can work on placement. ![]() I can't help that I'm excited for the season!!! :p Last edited by Super_MeowMeow; 02-20-2007 at 01:08 AM.. |

But I highly recommend just gridding where you are placed and not worring about it. I say this because you will want some experience being in a large group of people charging for turn 2. As to not being in the top 10 with your SV. You are a good rider, you just might be surprised. ![]()

What's the likelihood the top 10 placements are gonna be 1:38 and under? Cuz I might think I'm fast, but not that fast. I'm working on reliability, lines, control, and keeping my bike as pretty as possible. ![]() Mr. Sunshine, have you seen me ride??? ![]() Last edited by Super_MeowMeow; 02-20-2007 at 10:33 AM..

I just hope that no one gets themselves hurt. |

They may be an unsafe rider, they may not know what they're doing, etc. Concentrate on you and making yourself better. that's all. ![]() |

Yes I've seen you ride before and when I heard about your lap times I was like "Damnit I'm not gonna let this track newbie kick my ass." ![]() To put my face with my screen name I was the one standing up sorta behind and to your right when you and Micheal were talking at the suspension seminar and Micheal ended up leaving. I remember being in my first expert race where I ended up falling behind the couple of guys I was battling with (for last place or something. ) (I have an excuse....my left ankle was screwed) and here I am going down the front straight full throttle at like a 130+ and Ross Delong blows by me like I am sitting still. *That* was

If you run a 7xx number you will likely be assigned a different number for the day if you want to run an expert race. |
