Arrow Motorcycle Track Discussion Forum
We are bringing together one spot on the forum for track-related discussion since we are seeing threads scattered forum-wide. For those that think this is putting emphasis on one type of motorcycle, I feel otherwise. PNW Riders was intended for all types of motorcycles and riders, no matter what they ride - and the motorcycle track is not just limited to sportbikes. Anyone can make it to the track, even if they ride a dirtbike, super motard, cruiser, etc.

WMRRA and OMRRA sub-forums have been brought to this section. We will also move all the Track School Roll Call threads to this section, since we are seeing them scattered in various areas of the forum.

If you have a track-related question about anything, please post it up. We hope that the track experienced will lend a hand in helping others get to the track and enjoy their time on the track.

Thanks beans. I don't ride on the track I tootle. Mostly because I have a Goldwing and I don't want to crash it. So I only work the corners. But I still go to the track and have a great time.

I have an idea, what about creating a calendar that lists all the track days/orgs and links in the NW?

I see there is a track day/NRS on March 9th and 10th but I didn't see who the promoter is.

That would really make it easy compared to look at 3-4 different web sites and comparing schedules.

If there already is something like this, please point me in the right direction.

Thanks

Usually Nico (aka Hypnotiq) creates one every year. As far as I know he is working on one for this year, but with Tracks like Oregon Raceway Park and Spokane County Motorsports Park still yet to actually comfirm dates for Trackday Orgs., it's been held up.

Nico's calender has always been pretty helpful for me. I just hand it to my boss and let him know I could be gone on all the days that you see on this magical piece of paper.

I keep seeing mentions of the PNWriders track day/NRS but no link/schedule. Is this only for n00bs or is it an open day?

A "PNWRiders" track day? Not sure what you're talking about.

The "NRS" is the New Racer School, a requirement to become a WMRRA Novice. I can't remember if the orgs hosting them offer a simultaneous open track day, or if it's NRS students only.

For the rest of you looking for a schedule, just check out each org's website:

Is a track day schedule, posted by the month, with all the track organizations going to posted for this year (like last year)?

Not sure. One of our members compiled the dates and posted a calendar the last few years. Don't know if it'll happen again.

I just went to each of the trackday org's websites and grabbed their schedules.
