WTF were you doing checking out his wrists? Were you checking to see if he could 'give you a hand?'

it gets lonely in the rain here in oregon... his 'crash' video from thunder hill, all the metal that is holding it together looks like my my mom's wrist x-ray's from her car accident.

Hey, did you ever get your plate out yet?
Dude, I don't even notice mine anymore and my range of motion is probably in the 90%'tile now! WHOOHOO! The downside: No more shitty lap time excuses for me!

No its still there. Health plan removed my Doctor from in network. I figure if I wait a year they will come back.

Only problem is it is now starting to give me pains. I *think* its from all of the dirt biking and general abuse I've been giving it. I've had 100% full range of motion since I believe end of March or begining of April. It stopped hurting after a race middle of the season.

Heh, you have Premera just like me. I lost my doc too. Fucking ghey isn't is? I got one more follow up in before I was cut off and he was really impressed with my improvement. Hope to be at 98-100% soon.

Ack, that sucks man! Is the pain from flexing it or just day to day pain?

The pain really only happens after I abuse myself. Sometimes it takes longer to recover than others.

This past weekend I went to Bend and did two crosscountry dirt motorcycle races. The speeds were pretty high and there was a billion of whoops on the second days trail. I sit here the day after and my wrist feels fine.

I'm wondering if the radical change in weather last week helped make my wrist hurt for so long. Cause that would be funny.

So in general its all good...when I posted that last message it was hurtin' like a bitch though.
