And the all-day-both-days appearance by Freddie Spencer instructor/racer Ken Hill! That guy can ride.

OK, not Galactic Frog/Ookie quality but still fun and it's my first real video attempt...

Comments appreciated!

Great vid...makes me miss it already. If that's you on the 1098, you weren't exactly a slouch out there.

"Turn 6, The Dip" is where I threw my bike away first thing Tuesday morning. :D Luckily friends let me ride theirs both days.

That was an awesome two days.

I'll jot down some comments (usually don't write race reports for track days, but this is Laguna) shortly.

Sorry I don't have video as I don't have the high tech equipment yet.

Great meeting some folks down there.... Kevin, Ken, Patrick, Tyson, the BC boys, and the slew of local yocals. Good times.

Bones, wish I'd have know you needed a ride. I had your seat occupied with spare CD's since Klemmer opted out.

BTW... several folks were taking pictures and video....

... if anyone has some stuff with a 282 on it I'd love to have copies. Just let me know cost.

I need to remind you guys.....YOU ALL SUCK!

I really need to make time/money to go to Laguna next year...just need to find that stock exhaust.

Hey guys,

My name is Kelly and we were the Calgary guys pitted next to you on the 2nd and across from you on the 3rd.

My daughter was up by the Corkscrew on the 3rd and got some shots of pretty much every bike that went through.

I know she got a few of 282, and of the "37" 1098R that was in the video a few posts up.

I have to warn you that the images aren't super close or anything as she was using a simple point and shoot but I'll post up what I have later tonight so you guys can nab them if you want.

Cheers!

It was nice to meet you guys! Long drive, eh? It was fun chatting with you all, seemed to be having a lot of fun - and seeing so many Ducatis out was a hoot.

I remember someone taking pictures from under the trees in the corkscrew - wondered if they'd show up! Post 'em!

Kevin

It was good meeting you folks too! Yes the drive there and back was harsh but 110% worth it. Anyone that had the chance to go down and passed on it... well you missed an amazing 2 days (just to rub it in).

Anyway, here are the shots my daughter got with her point and shoot

I do have pics of other riders but its hit and miss. If you were there on the Wednesday (3rd) then my daughter *may* have an image or two of you. Post up your number from the day and I'll see what she got.

Cheers!

Nice! If you have raw images you could always crop them and have some nice "close ups".

Very cool Thanks for the photos. I think that top one was one of my many oops moments entering the cork screw. When you get it right it is so cool.... when you get it wrong, welll....... there is gravel and pucker. :-)

I had a few close moments as well the first few sessions... you go in a little hot, transition over the rise and go "uh oh... DANGER DANGER mid line correction!!"
