Oooohh that's one pretty SV and one pretty yzf!

Harp, are you going to do/did anything with your suspension? I remember you said you're going to run that thing on big tracks, which makes me think you're going to have to...

I want to, but the budget is limited right now. The other guys that raced theirs in OMRRA last year were on stock suspension, so I'll give it a go too.

That paint job looks to be at least 2 maybe 2.5 seconds a lap faster....

I Ride: really slowly
My race bike is still in pieces, and I haven't repainted it. I was gonna, but then things happened. Hooptie Corsa official blue with all the wheels yellow powdercoat instead of some Suzuki blue, some other blue, some rattle can blue, and one rattle can yellow wheel will have to wait until money falls from the sky. The rear suspension is nice and clean for a change now, and the brakes will be completely rebuilt. But, without faster new paint, it won't do any good.

Actually, if you want to knock off big chunks of time, get several logo embossed ez-ups and some other trick bits for your pit. Then you'll be a serious mover and shaker....

Sounds good. It also sounds like a job for rattle can and some stencils. Hooptie Corsa is seriously low budget. Trick bits made of scrap 2x4s and old ductwork are worth a couple seconds by themselves, doncha think?

Finally! I've been waiting to contribute to this thread - here she is pre-stickers. All pretense of street-legality gone, a 1098R just built for speed and beauty.

Thanks, of course, to Motocorsa and SDS Performance! I'm in love.

Still finishing up the winter updates to my RC51. At least I can take my time with SCMP not opening up until May. Winter mods included: new rear wheel, airbox, power commander, chopping down the wiring harness, ignition removal (kill switch only now), 2:1 exhaust and some other small items. Still on the todo list: new undertail, rear hugger and paint the plastics.
