Seen this on Craigslist and thought I should pass it on as it seems like a sweet ass deal. He is asking $5999

Like new 2008 Limited Edition Yamaha R6.
485 Miles
Tires barely broke-in
Showroom quality bike for $3,800 less than new. MSRP on this bike is currently 9,799.99 plus fees.
This is my low amount i'm asking for this bike.
Clean Trade-in is $6,400
Average Retail currently is $7,500
I want to move this bike.

Pretty good deal, although KBB retail is $6200. Low miles is a plus though.

Kind of cracks me up that he states 'average retail is $7500'. Maybe thats average Craigslist Retail

That's a decent price. Both the seller and who ever the buyer is are both going to get treated fair at that price.

I went to wenatchee and picked it up today! Thanks a whole bunch! I will post pictures tomorrow! I thought it was a somkin deal! 6000 Out the door, not a scratch on it still under Yammy warranty! I put 30 miles on it and went over 500 miles! Need to do the break in service now! LOL

thats because its not an R6S its a R6. The R6S looks like the '03-'05 model years. They are about 2k less msrp
wish I would have seen this before. I may have snagged it.

Retail on the bike is 7500! I paid 5500! It has 550 miles on it now and Yamaha Warranty for another 8 months or so! I am still kicking myself over this find! Thanks so much Thaloc!
