So, the weather forecast on Sunday for Vancouver (current as of 9:09 pm 11.5.09) is 40% chance of rain. The forecast for Klickitat, WA is clouds and sun.

I'm probably gonna ride out that way on Sunday. It might be raining here in Vancouver, but I hope to find some sun out east!

Meet up: 10 am, kickstands up by about 10:30
Meet location: Chevron in Washougal. (click for map link)
Route: likely out hwy 14, but depending on the group, possibly through cougar to 90 to Trout Lake via 23.
Pace: moderate, depending on group and conditions.
Duration: Most of the day.

There's very likely going to be some rain riding involved, FYI.

Well... apparently my weather forecasting skills are below par today. We were expecting clouds and sunshine out in Klickitat county today. We got a tiny bit of sun, but more rain than not.

I still had a great time. It's good experience riding in the rain. We didn't get a single bit of dry pavement all day. It rained. Then, on our stops, it let up! Then, it would start raining once we hopped on the bikes again. LOL.

Good times. Thanks for riding with me Greg, John and Eddie. It felt good to get out!

Here's a few pics from our rainy Klickitat ride. Saw a little bit of snow on the side of the road and almost ran over four wild turkeys that decided to camp out in the middle of the road.
