go to the location of the test and practice. It'll make it much easier to pass.

In Vancouver, a good place to practice is right at 117th (503) and the Columbia credit union in the back. The course is marked in paint there. Please don't go until after 5:30 when the businesses close...this is what the lady at the DMV told me and I went there and practiced a night or two before my test. The videos can be found on YouTube for how to do the tests also. Easy Peasy!

YAY another female rider. Welcome to the group. There are a lot of great people and great rides. I would love to ride with you sometime. I live in Amboy so I know some good roads just like some other girls here. Life is a little busy too but I am free after 6pm and on weekends or the once in a great while, I'm to sick to work but not to ride

Welcome. Everyone usually meets Saturday evening at about 7pm. Look at the top of the Vancouver page for the bike night sticky.

I' thinking of doing a Carson cougar loop Sunday, katAtonic mentioned she wanted to do that route again, so even though I'm a guy last time I checked you're welcome to come along. No one cares how slow or fast anyone is in our group, it's all about having good times. I'll post up a ride a little later this week.

Darn it Jeff!!! I'll be in Seattle at Pacific Raceway for the 2012 NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series “Western Swing” this weekend. I wanna do that run again really bad. My next open weekend is 8/18th, maybe Sunday 8/19.

The weekend of 8/11 Redkat and I are doing TOR at Pacific and getting his dad's 1975 racer teched.

The wife and I took the riders course out at clark county fair grounds. If you pass you don't have to take the written or riding at the DMV and some insurance companies give you a discount (ours did).

Or just go up to the DMV on 137th near the Winco. The course is around back and you can practice all you want after they close.

It's a good investment, and a good beginning for the continual learning. There is a lot more out there than just the BRC/ERC world.
