ya it was a very good ride i like windy ridge everything other then scrapping my peg and jumping little bumps and downhill wheelies with anders after was good haha crazy kid just kiddin was fun all together.

Does anyone know the status of the Duc1199? I lost track of him between the ranger station and Cougar.

Fun ride. But you need to join me sometime for early morning run. No traffic makes it that much more fun.

I'm not sure if it was the Ducati, but somebody turned off early and headed in the same direction as the emergency vehicles were heading.

Thanks all for making my first ride out with the group a good one.

Thanks to Jeff for leading and thanks and apologies to those stuck behind me sweeping the slow group. Thanks also to those who offered valuable feedback and guidance.

I know I was slower than most but promised myself to keep within my capabilities regardless of the bikes capabilities and having only got 1000 miles on the odometer in the last 10 years making it home in one piece was my priority!

Thanks again to everyone for making it a great day out.

I made it back to Cougar but didn't see anyone else while I was refueling and assumed i was so slow that everyone else had already moved on :-)

Thanks for sticking behind me for so long, as you probably noticed I need more time working on corner speed, I hope I didn't ruin the ride for you.

It wasn't me, I refueled in Cougar didn't see anyone else so headed home to Woodland.

Anybody get a count on the amount of bikes? 20+ for sure, with no inncidents (unless you count our groups chat with the rangers). Everyone ran their own pace and it looks like everyone had a good time.

Sounds like a win to me.
